Nessuno presente al desk, il giorno dell'arrivo ci inviano una mail con i codici per avere le chiavi( 4 mail di cui 3 con indicazioni differenti e confusionarie!)e al nostro arrivo in tarda serata dopo 12 ore di auto...i codici non funzionano. Nessuna possibilità di contatto con l'hotel, solo una mail. Abbiamo dovuto cercare un hotel per la notte! Non esiste lasciare la reception senza alcun referente o numero per le emergenze!”

“It was a real pleasure to stay at the ô Rouge. All the staff made us and our little baby feel super comfortable and welcome. The place is so beautiful, design and nature collide perfectly. Every morning you wake up by the wineyards, just a few minutes from the village centre, maybe two by car and 5 of walking. Will come back for sure.”
